Barry Locher enjoyed a career that spanned more than 30 years at The State Journal-Register in Springfield, where he began as a photo department intern and finished as editor. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism.
Barry joined the IPA in 2010 as the Foundation and Member Services Director.
Barry resides in Springfield with his wife and three children. |
