David, a native of Tuscola, Illinois, has more than 25 years of experience in the newspaper business, managing editorial departments for weekly and daily newspapers. David attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale where he studied elementary education and journalism.
David joined the Association as Director of Communications and Marketing in March 2006. |
